Hide playlist move options from users without edit access ( #8570 )
...
When a playlist is shared with public access, other users can view it
but not modify it. The item context menu still offered "Move to Top"
and "Move to Bottom" to them, and picking either failed with a 403
from the server.
"Remove from playlist" was already gated on canEditPlaylist, which
comes from the server's playlist user permissions. Move the two move
entries under the same check so they only show for users who can edit
the playlist, matching drag-to-reorder. Owners and editors see the
same menu as before.

Fix embedded VobSub subtitles not rendering ( #8564 )
...
The delivery URL has been named Stream.vobsub since the server started
matching the MKS profile by container, so the file name hint no longer
ends in .mks and libbitsub looks for an IDX file instead. Embedded
tracks have no path, so without the delivery URL they get the existing
subtitle.mks fallback.
